A Course in Miracles
It asks you to believe nothing. It asks you to practise long enough to notice the difference.
A Course in Miracles offers a thought system aimed at deep personal transformation, focused on changing perception by giving new meaning to words, concepts, thoughts and beliefs. It proposes daily mental exercises and theoretical reflection to help move through fear, guilt and inner conflict.
I have studied and applied it since 2009, the same year I certified as a coach. That wasn't a coincidence: I understood at the same time that behaviour can be changed with method, and that there is a layer where method doesn't reach.
This is where my work takes its own shape. The Enneagram helps us recognise the pattern and understand how it conditions the way we live. A Course in Miracles takes the question deeper: what if that pattern is not, after all, who we truly are?
This is where the two paths meet in my work. The Enneagram helps us see the pattern; the Course helps us not to mistake the pattern for who we truly are.

- Understand what it is before deciding
It is not a religion, it is not self-help, and it is not quick.
- Begin with the practical
One idea a day, applied to one concrete situation.
- Work it in relationships
That is where the theory becomes verifiable, or doesn't.
- Walk it with others
A group avoids both traps: quitting early, and hardening.
Would you like to practise the Course with others?
The study group is a regular space for bringing the Course's principles into the concrete situations of life and learning through shared practice.
