Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect, and why

Enneagram test. When you choose to receive your result, we store your name, email, country, mobile number and the type and centre the test indicated. We use this data to send you your result and, if you ask us to, to talk to you about training and support. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Book orders. We store your name, email, phone number, delivery address, any notes you write and the book and format chosen. This is used to process, dispatch and invoice the order. The legal basis is the performance of the purchase contract and our tax obligations.

Conversations with the site's assistant. The questions you type to the assistant and the answers it gives are stored, linked to a random number created in your browser that does not identify you. They are used to improve the answers and to understand what people are looking for. To reply, the text of the conversation is sent to an artificial intelligence provider (see below). Please do not type health data or other sensitive data into the assistant.

Visit statistics. We count the pages viewed, the referring page, the browser language and the device type, without cookies and without storing your IP address: each visitor is counted using a code that changes every day and cannot be used to recognise you from one day to the next. If your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control), we do not count the visit.

Cookies and advertising

The site only uses third-party cookies with your permission. If you accept in the cookie notice, we switch on the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), which lets us measure how well our ads on Facebook and Instagram perform and show ads to people who have already visited the site. The Meta Pixel records, for example, the pages visited and the completion of the Enneagram test, without our sending it your name, email or phone number.

If you decline, the Meta Pixel is not loaded. You can change your mind at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser for 12 months.

The site also stores, in your own browser, the conversation with the assistant while the tab is open, and your progress through the Enneagram test. This data never leaves your device and is needed for those features to work.

Who we share the data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers the site needs in order to work: the hosting provider of the server where the data is stored; OpenRouter and the provider of the artificial intelligence model that answers in the assistant, which receive the text of the conversation; Meta, only if you accept cookies; and Google, which supplies the site's fonts and therefore receives the IP address of anyone who visits it.

Some of these providers are outside the European Union, namely in the United States. In those cases, the transfer takes place under the safeguards provided for in the GDPR, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep the data

Enneagram test results are kept until you ask for them to be erased, and never for more than three years after the last contact. Conversations with the assistant are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Order data is kept for the period required by tax law. Visit statistics do not allow anyone to be identified.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, restriction of processing or data portability, or you can object to the processing. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting what was done before. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your data has not been handled as it should have been, you can lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados, CNPD) (www.cnpd.pt). In Brazil, the competent authority is the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.gov.br/anpd), under the LGPD.

Security and minors

Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and stored on a server with restricted access. The site's management area is password-protected.

The site is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the site changes. The date of the latest update is always at the top of this page.
